LRA, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, will handle and resolve any matters relating to complaints and disputes in relation to its financial instruments business (investment management business), through The Investment Trusts Association, Japan.

The Investment Trusts Association, Japan has consigned the handling or complaints and dispute resolutions over to the non-profit organization securities and financial products mediation consultation center.
